I discovered the Bus around 2 ½ years ago on Facebook and everything you posted just made so much sense. 

Finding your page and doing your courses has quite literally enabled me to stay in this position and learn what I need to know to do the job properly. 

The resources and videos are so great. Knowing I can go back at any time and refresh my knowledge with each new cohort is just fantastic. I'm gradually incorporating more sections from The Literacy Block in my K/2 class. I think by this time next year I'll have all components in full swing.
