Online Workshops and Teach Along Courses

Online courses are sold 'per seat' meaning that each participating individual requires their own ticket.  While groups of teachers may watch clips together, purchasing one ticket and watching together as a team is not permitted. Sharing login details to share courses is not allowed. Workbooks are provided based on the number of seats purchased and will be posted once payment is finalised.  Workbooks are not photocopiable resources. 

Memberships:
Memberships are single user access only. By joining either the Evergreen Teacher or the Resource Room, participants agree to not share login details, not screenshot components of the membership site or share resources with third parties. 

All downloadable components of courses and memberships are the intellectual property of Jocelyn Seamer Education and are protected by copyright.

By joining a Jocelyn Seamer Education memberships you agree to treat all participants with respect, to not engage in any racist, sexist or homophobic speech. All participants are asked to respect each person's preference for pronoun use if this is shared with the group.  You agree to approach your course with an open spirit and willingness to learn, to remain curious and listen to the views and ideas of others. 

Downloadable Instant Access Downloads
Products containing PowerPoints and other instant access downloads are non-refundable and are only available in the font provided. 

Physical products
Physical products are posted on the next business day after your order is received here in Australia.  Prices include postage within Australia. Shipping outside Australia will incur an additional charge and a 2nd invoice generated for you to finalise before you product is posted.   Please note, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or accidental ordering. Please check your order carefully before submitting for payment. 

Live events
Ticket sales to live events are non-refundable, however should a participant not be available to attend on the day, they may transfer their ticket to another individual at no extra charge by contacting help@jocelynseamereducation.com
