Attention is the filter of learning.  We can teach lessons, but if students aren't focused on the learning,  nothing will stick.  In this four-week sprint, you and your team will explore the theoretical elements of attention, reflect on YOUR school's needs right now, and collectively choose a pathway forward to this critical element of instruction. 

You will be equipped with professional learning, meeting resources, coaching, and a proven process to make your explicit improvement journey collaborative, productive, and long-lasting. Rather than trying to implement multiple engagement norms or instructional techniques at once (which are bound to drop off when things get busy), our proven process allows you to focus on ONE thing that will have the greatest impact on your students' outcomes before moving on to the next. You'll be equipped with a process and resources to continue your journey into 2028 and beyond.

Step 2: You run your staff meeting using our resources

Step 3: Your second 90min online session with Jocelyn to complete your school's instructional documentation

Step 4: Run a 30 min clarity check-in to get your team taking action 

From there, you can book your 60min one-on-one coaching session with Jocelyn at a time that suits you.
