Do you find curriculum planning an extremely CREATIVE process?

If so, we want to hear from you!

We are currently seeking a structured literacy warrior to join our small, dedicated team. At Jocelyn Seamer Education we are committed to the idea that:

'Every child has the right to learn to read with evidence informed practice and every teacher has the right to be supported to make that happen.'

If you are a teacher with the desire to take your impact beyond your own school and positively support both teachers and students, we want to hear from you.  As a member of our Resource Room team you will enjoy a working environment focused on one thing: making the lives of teachers easier and more impactful.  Our vision board is growing and we are looking for someone who can help us bring our goals to life.

As a Jocelyn Seamer Education team member you will enjoy the opportunity to:

- work with like-minded people
- grow your knowledge and skills around structured literacy

- enjoy flexible working conditions in a remote/work from home role

In the role of Curriculum and Resource Developer for the Resource Room membership, you would have the opportunity to be part of building Australia's only teacher resource site 100% committed to structured and explicit teaching of literacy.  But the Resource Room is not just about the 'stuff'.  We also support our members through personalised site tours and support sessions for schools,  our forum, regular live mastermind sessions and live Teach Along courses.  You'll have the chance to contribute to those too.

We are offering a 12 month starting contract with the start date to be negotiated depending on current employment commitments. We appreciate that currently employed applicants will not be able to start until 2024.
